What is the price you put on your emotional well being, physical health, and on your mental strength or spiritual “connection”?
The course we are presenting is not about increasing your information about gratitude. It is about experiencing it at a feeling level and from there, experiencing the benefits that it provides, as research and studies indicate.
Your knowledge is different from your wisdom. The course is about wisdom of personal experience.
Experiencing negativity is a very common experience. To live and experience life at optimal level, creating a positive mind is an absolute must. Gratitude is one of the ways for creating that.
Simply do all the exercises in the course. Most of them will take no more that 15 minutes in a day during the duration of the course.
The emotions of appreciation and gratitude induce the relaxation response.
Patients with hypertension were instructed to count their blessings. There was a significant decrease in their systolic blood pressure.
A gratitude visit influences one’s mood, outlook and happiness, hence, it reduces depressive symptoms by 35% for many weeks.
A gratitude journal is a powerful tool to cope with depression. Based on research, writing consistently about thankfulness and appreciation lessens depressive symptoms by 30%.
Levels of gratitude significantly correlated with vitality and energy.
Gratitude promotes the feelings of contentment, satisfaction, and happiness. A thankful heart keeps away envy and bitterness towards others. Gratitude stimulates cheerfulness and helps us manage stress effectively.
A grateful attitude, and its benefits, doesn’t come from a quick blast of gratitude for a short period of time. It’s developed through regular, consistent and continuous practice.
The course we are presenting is not about increasing your information about gratitude.
We help people achieve the mind-body- spirit connection which encourages greater clarity, joy, relaxation and achievement.
We support people as they find their true life balance and purpose. Through the use of long known practices, techniques and activities blended with well-planned dietary intake we see our people gain a state of well-being from where they consistently make good decisions and better their own well-being and that of their community.
Tools and techniques of Ayurveda that we typically use for our clients include recommendations on diet, lifestyle, herbs, daily routines and ayurvedic treatments.
Feeling grateful is linked to many benefits for health including improving mood, deeper and longer sleep, less stress and inflammation, and a healthier heart.
